Kailyn Dulay is a Filipino-American actress, born and raised in San Diego, California, and is based in Northern California. She recently graduated San Francisco State University, with a B.A. in Cinema, and a minor in Sociology.
Most notably, Kailyn starred in the short film When You Left Me on That Boulevard, written and directed by Kayla Abuda Galang, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and won the Short Film Grand Jury Prize, and won the Texas Short Special Jury Award at the 2023 SXSW Film & TV Festival.
She most recently was in the short film Public Freakout, written and directed by Julia Bales, for the 2024-2025 AFI DWW+ Program.
